Christina Morillo, Head of Information Security at The New York Football Giants, is an Enterprise Information Security and Technology Leader with a distinguished career spanning over two decades across sectors. Christina stands out as a leader and CISO due to her unique blend of technical, tactical, and strategic experience, coupled with exceptional emotional intelligence and collaborative approach. She doesn’t just build and lead enterprise information security programs, she does so in close partnership with business and technology stakeholders, ultimately driving strategic objectives and program maturity.
At the heart of her mission is a commitment to meeting organizations where they are on their security journey. Christina strives to improve and mature enterprise security programs, strengthen security posture, and minimize business risks from on-premises to the cloud. This proactive approach underscores her adaptability and dedication to client success.
A recognized thought leader in the field, she has authored and co-authored several books and reports with O’Reilly Media, including “Zero Trust Networks Second Edition” and “97 Things Every Information Security Professional Should Know” (O'Reilly Media).
Christina is a strategic and tactical leader, a published author, and a graduate of Georgia Tech’s OMS Graduate Program. Her extensive experience spans enterprise security, technology, and operations across various sectors, including Technology/Software, Financial Services, and now Professional Sports.
Beyond her day-to-day role, Christina's impact extends further as the Co-Founder and Creator of the well-known Women of Color in Tech Stock Photos (established in 2015), the first collection of diverse stock photos used by people and organizations worldwide. She has also partnered on influencer campaigns with companies like O'Gilvey/IBM and Conde Nast/Nissan/Wired. Additionally, her work has been featured in a variety of industry publications.
